A home-owner himself, Frank Morgner has been in the field of property-management, in Berlin, since 1990. He has immense experience and well versed in day to day problems that may arise: such as contact to owners, tenants, official authorities, building-companies and so on. He specializes in the service-field for demanding commercial-tenants as well.

Silvia Pohlmann has worked in the field of property-management since 1994, as a lawyer. Sylvia specializes in tenancy law, financing of redevelopment-projects and refurbishment-projects. She will also act in a legal capacity in cases for our clients.
